Due to natural handcraft and slow fashion model, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping or careless handling), please email us at info@seo-hou.com within 48 hours of item receipt. After 48 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.

US domestic shipping
All Seo-Hou pieces are made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY. Packages are insured and will require signature upon arrival. We be able to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. If you need expedited shipping please email us at info@seo-hou.com .
International shipping
For any international shipping, please contact us at info@seo-hou.com and we will be happy to assist you. Any additional shipping cost, import duties and taxes when the parcel reaches the destination country, will be the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Pearls are known to be timeless. To maintain their beauty, proper care is needed:
Always put on your jewelry as a final touch, after applying make-up and styling hair. Jewelry can be damaged by various chemicals and acids. This includes perfume, cosmetics, hair spray, and even perspiration. After wear, simply wipe with a soft cloth, microfiber jewelry cloth.
Avoid wearing your pearl jewelry to the pool, beach, while exercising or showering.
Store your freshwater pearl jewelry in a non-airtight container. Pearls needs moisture to prevent it from drying out and cracking.
Even with the best of care, small parts of jewelry may come loose. Please contact us if you need any repair assistance, we will do our best to restore your piece.
